Our story

Onyx Bars was established in 2016 in response to an industry need for high quality bar offerings that are fully integrated into the event, rather than a necessary, but often overlooked, afterthought. 

Based by the sea, the perfect place to find daily inspiration and a tight-knit group of passionate individuals we call Team Onyx – Events, Bars, and Marine. Across all 3 businesses, the Onyx family ethos feeds into the loyal relationships we foster with suppliers and clients alike, spanning 4 decades of unforgettable events with a new generational drive to diversify and thrive.

We hate waste.

So when building or assembling a bar, or choosing our serveware and packaging, we ensure as many elements as possible are made from upcycled or recycled materials, without losing the high quality of finish we are renowned for.

From ideation through to on-site delivery our continuous and ever-developing aim is to make the sustainable choice the easiest one to make for our clients.
